Benburb Sunday :: 21st June 2009
Preparations are well underway to welcome and entertain you our friends as you join us again for Benburb Sunday. On many a day the Priory gardens and grounds are a haven of peace and tranquillity but the exception is on our Sunday of entertainment when music and laughter and chat will fill the air. There will be our usual range of entertainments, stalls and games and real live potter and a blacksmith, the swirl of the pipe band and the grunting of the tug-o-war teams. An Innovation this year will be a car boot sale, so line up if you are ready to seek a bargain.
While the Servite Community want to thank all those who choose to come and support us may we also mention the hard work of Vivian Lavery and all the members of the Friends of Benburb committee that plan this event and make it possible.
